This will be held remotely/online
The organisers say:
“The Creative Bureaucracy Festival is the global platform for (re-)imagining bureaucracies and cross-sector collaboration for better social outcomes. It strives to identify and disseminate outstanding innovation in and around the public sector and to celebrate its contribution to building a better, liveable, sustainable and fair world.
Taking place from 28th September – 2nd October 2020, this third year of the festival will be a weeklong remote digital event bringing together civil servants, bureaucrats, their allies, and those who challenge bureaucracy with a passion for the common good and who use their margins of discretion to make a difference.
The festival will feature varied formats from the serious to the playful and up to 70 sessions. We will hear how people at the front line, proud to be a public servant, have made the extraordinary happen when given a chance (“unsung heroes”) as well as the work of government innovation agencies and cross-sector initiatives supporting civic innovation.”
