The In2gr8mentalhealth website was designed and launched by clinical psychologist Dr. Natalie Kemp in October 2017. It aims to:

“… destigmatise the experience of mental ill health in mental health professionals, through public talks and developing peer group support where needed.

The web forum … provides a space for members to explore their personal and professional identity, and consider the systems they work in.”
